How to Apply

Online registration

1. Complete an IELTS Candidate Registration Application. Visit the IELTS Registration website and complete an IELTS Candidate Registration Application
2. Payment options
   1. Online: After submitting the IELTS Online Application, please fax a scanned copy of your passport (both photo and signature pages) or Permanent Resident card and a completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form to 416-800-5244.*
   2. In Person: You may pay for your IELTS Test in person with cash, credit card or money order

In-Person registration

1. Complete the IELTS Application Form.
   Ensure you use the same name, signature and address as your valid National ID document (Passport or Canadian Permanent Resident card)
2. Deliver your completed application
   Bring your IELTS Application Form, National ID document and the $309 CAD registration fee to the #208 - 620 Alden Rd.Markham, Toronto

Mail registration

1. Compete the IELTS Application form
   Ensure you use the same name, signature and address as your valid National ID document (Passport or Canadian Permanent Resident card)
2. Photocopy your Passport or Permanent Residence card
   Ensure your photo, personal information, date of expiry, date of birth and signature are included*
3. Prepare your payment
   Prepare either a certified cheque or money order of $309 CAD made payable to “Centennial College” (no personal cheques are accepted)
4. Mail your completed application
   Mail your completed IELTS Application Form, National ID photocopy and payment using the Mailing Your Application Guide.
   NB: If you would like to send your results to a Recognized Organization, please include the correct details in your IELTS Application Form. You may send your results up to five Recognized Organizations for free if you notify us before the test date. All requests made after the test date will incur a charge of $20 CAD per Test Report Form

*If your Permanent Resident card does not have a signature on it, please provide a second National ID that does
